Creating Perlin Noise and Applying it.

I made my own version of Perlin Noise using Unity's shader language. This was done to reduce load on the CPU and to increase my GPU skillset. There we're a few issues with instantiating objects onto the plane and making the plane too big. I came up with a few solutions later like being able generate a big Perlin Noise map and taking parts of it to generate smaller planes and join them up. The problem with that solution would be that the generated map would be too big and the GPU performance would go down.
